What is the size and layout of the open one-bedrooms?
Our open one-bedrooms range from 528 to 628 square feet and come in an “open” layout with a separation wall between bedroom and living room. The bedroom is distinctly separate from the living and kitchen areas, however, it is not completely enclosed. Each unit comes with two Smart TVs. Please note that the bedroom has built-in storage that allows for a queen-size bed and frame (king beds will not fit). Each unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort.
Are utilities included?
Utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and internet are conveniently included in a monthly community fee. We wanted to make your move-in as seamless as possible – no separate billing is required.
Is parking available for residents?
Absolutely! Residents have access to our parking garage for an additional fee. Visitor parking is also available around the exterior of the building. Not interested in bringing a vehicle? We have you covered with direct access to a Frontrunner, Trax, & UTA public transportation hub.
Are pets allowed in the open one-bedrooms?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with a pet wash and dog park! However, there are certain breed and size restrictions.
Are there community amenities for the open one-bedroom residents?
Absolutely! Residents have access to SLX’s premium amenities like the fitness club, rooftop clubhouse, spa, and more. Work Club memberships are available at a special rate for residents. Visit the Amenities page for a detailed breakdown of what is included with each offering.
