We don’t just have a “gym”; we have a world-class 24/7 fitness club. It’s equipped with squat racks, a yoga and spin studio, and complimentary fitness classes to keep you motivated.

What high-tech features are included in my home?
Every home features Google Fiber for blazing speeds, smart locks for keyless entry, and pre-installed 55-inch smart TVs. Our kitchens boast granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Do the apartments have in-unit laundry?
Most of our floor plans include in-unit washers and dryers for your convenience. For specific studio layouts that maximize living space, we also provide shared laundry facilities on each level.
Is there a balcony or patio?
While our individual apartments do not feature private balconies, we’ve purposefully designed Salt Lake Crossing to maximize your outdoor lifestyle through our expansive shared spaces! Residents have full access to our beautifully landscaped community courtyards and cozy family room patios—perfect for soaking up the fresh Utah air, socializing with neighbors, or enjoying a quiet afternoon outside. Plus, our rooftop Skydeck offers panoramic city and mountain views you won’t want to miss!
How do you handle noise between units?
While urban living is vibrant, we utilize modern construction standards to minimize sound transfer. If you ever have concerns, our management team is proactive in ensuring a peaceful environment for all residents.

What are the income requirements to live here?
We require a gross monthly household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Absolutely. We know that life requires flexibility, which is why we offer a range of lease terms starting at just 3 months. From there, you can easily transition to a month-to-month lease for ultimate convenience.
What is the application and administrative fee?
The application fee is $50, and the one-time administrative fee is $300.

Yes! We feature the HAVN Co-Working Space right on-site. Residents can opt for a dedicated Work Club Membership at an exclusive discounted rate to access premium professional amenities without ever leaving the building.

Yes! We offer reserved EV parking for $200/mo to ensure your vehicle is always charged and ready to go for your next adventure.
How are packages handled?
We use a secure package locker system, Parcel Pending Plus, to ensure your deliveries are safe and accessible 24/7. You’ll receive a notification on your phone the moment your package is scanned in.
