What else do the studio residents have access to?
While each resident has their own fully furnished private apartment, they also have access to an expansive Family Room designed for socializing, working, and relaxing with floormates. This dedicated communal area on each floor offers a double gourmet kitchen, stadium-style seating with a large TV, a dining area, and a large patio with a BBQ grill.

Whether you’re a professional, a freelancer, or simply someone looking to live in a vibrant, community-centric environment, our furnished studios offer a unique blend of personal space and shared experiences.
What is included in the furnished studio?
Your apartment comes fully furnished with a queen-size mattress, bed frame, smart TV, workspace, built-in storage, private bathroom, and small kitchen. We have welcome packages with bed and bathroom linens available to purchase upon move-in. The apartments were designed so you can simply arrive with your personal items. Additional furniture is not allowed.
Are there other amenities included?
Yes, residents also have access to SLX’s premium amenities like the fitness club, rooftop clubhouse, spa, and more. Work Club memberships are available at a special rate for residents. Visit the Amenities page for a detailed breakdown of what is included with each offering.
Are the studio common areas shared with the rest of the community?
No, each floor’s Family Room is dedicated to the 30 residents living on that floor. However, all studio residents share a courtyard with lounge seating, fire pits, and BBQ grills. The Work Club members and open one-bedroom residents do not have access to the Family Rooms.
Are there any rules or guidelines for the shared spaces?
Absolutely! We have a set of community guidelines that all residents agree to, ensuring shared spaces are used respectfully and remain comfortable for everyone.
Are utilities included?
Utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and internet are conveniently included in a monthly community fee. We wanted to make your move-in as seamless as possible – no separate billing is required.
Is parking available for residents?
Absolutely! Residents have access to our parking garage for an additional fee. Visitor parking is also available around the exterior of the building. Not interested in bringing a vehicle? We have you covered with direct access to a Frontrunner, Trax, & UTA public transportation hub.
Are pets allowed in the furnished studios and shared spaces?
Although we love animals, we do not allow pets in the studio apartments or shared spaces. We only allow pets in our open one-bedroom apartments.
